Commission ready to send asylum team to Hungary

The European commission says it is willing to send a so-called hotspot team to Hungary to assist in asylum application and processing. "We are prepared to trigger the hotspot approach in Hungary," said a commission spokesperson. Hungary has yet to make a formal request for the extra support.
