"Without the United Kingdom there is no European Union," Finnish finance minister Alexander Stubb i told reporters after meeting his British counterpart in Helsinki on Monday, Reuters reports. George Osborne is touring Scandinavia to drum up support for London's push to reform the 28-nation bloc.
