Russian proxies in Ukraine warn of new 'war'

Denis Pushilin, a spokesman for the Russian-occupied part of Donetsk, in east Ukraine, told Russian media Wednesday "full-scale military actions can be resumed at any moment" and that if Kiev violates the ceasefire "the only alternative is war". He spoke after Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions in the region Monday.
