UN security council to vote on MH17 tribunal resolution

The UN Security Council is Wednesday to vote on a draft resolution to set up a tribunal to prosecute those found responsible for the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 over eastern Ukraine in July last year. Russia is set to veto the resolution.
