Creditors return to Athens

Representatives from the European Commission, the ECB and the eurozone bailout fund (ESM) are to begin arriving in Athens on Friday ahead of talks on a third bailout. However, IMF officials will not be present as Athens has not yet formally requested the fund's participation in the third programme.
