EU think-tank proposes targeting Israeli banks

The European Council on Foreign Relations in a paper Wednesday said the EU must differentiate more "between Israel and its activities in the occupied Palestinian territories". The think-tank asks whether dealings between European and Israeli banks comply with EU rules not to provide material support to the occupation.
