Greece misses second payment to IMF

Greece on Monday missed its second debt payment to the IMF in two weeks. Athens was supposed to pay €456m by 2200 GMT to the fund. Greece's total arrears to the IMF are now around €2bn, said IMF spokesman Gerry Rice in a statement confirming the missed payment.
