Go-ahead to open bail-out negotiations 'relatively unlikely'

Euro commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis i Sunday, on his way into Eurogroup talks, said it was "relatively unlikely" that the EU commission would today get the mandate for negotations on a third bailout for Greece. Talks on Saturday were "quite complicated" he said, adding: "We hope for progress today".
