Schaeuble says Greek proposal 'far from sufficient'

Arriving at the Eurogroup meeting, German finance minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said the proposal submitted by Greece for a new bailout programme was "far from being sufficient". He said the figures submitted were "not believable" and that a haircut on Greek debt was not possible, adding he expected "exceptionnally difficult negotiations".
