Switzerland to appoint special EU envoy

Swiss foreign minister Didier Burkhalter said Wednesday he will create a special envoy for EU talks on sensitive issues, including freedom of movement. The EU, last year, suspended co-operation on science grants and energy relations after Switzerland imposed curbs on EU nationals, especially Croatians, coming to work in Switzerland.
