Nato to alter nuclear doctrine in light of Russian threats

Nato states, at a meeting of foreign ministers in Brussels, are re-evaluating the alliance's nuclear doctrine in the light of Russian statements on its nuclear prowess, sources told The Guardian. Questions include how to incorporate nuclear weapons into Nato exercises and how to respond to Russia's verbal threats.
