Report: Netherlands mulls tribunal for MH17 culprits

The Dutch government is considering an international tribunal as the best way to bring to justice the perpetrators of the downing of flight MH17, Reuters reported Tuesday on the basis of anonymous sources. Dutch media note that the ministry of foreign affairs would not confirm the report.
