This Wednesday MEPs will vote on the final plans for a European Fund for Strategic Investments. Parliament spokeswoman Marjory van den Broeke hopes the fund will encourage previously hesitant financiers to part with their cash. Jennifer Baker spoke to her about the upcoming mini-plenary.
