ECB increases Greece's liquidity lifeline

The European Central Bank raised Monday the ceiling of the Emergency Liquidity Assistance for Greek banks "and will probably do it again tomorrow", an EU source told EUobserver. The ceiling was raised twice last week due to massive withdrawals to prevent a collapse of the banking system or capital control.
