Putin urges Finland to improve trade ties

Russian leader Putin i told Finnish president Niinisto in Moscow Tuesday that bilateral trade has "seen a certain decline" in the past two years, with the meeting "allowing us to discuss what can be done to put an end to this". Niinisto said he's "probably mostly concerned" about fighting in Ukraine.
