UK parliament veto is 'impossible', says Belgian PM

Mooted UK plans for a veto right over EU rules for national parliaments, is "impossible" and a "non-starter" for Belgium, the Belgian PM Michel told his UK colleague Cameron in Brussels on Thursday, according to a spokesperson. "We are in favour of further integration of Europe," said the Belgian spokesperson.
