EU says pro-Russian forces on the move in Ukraine

The EU foreign service said Thursday fighting in Marinka, east Ukraine, Wednesday, was "the most serious violation of the ceasefire" since February. It cited an OSCE report saying the battle "followed the movement of a large amount of heavy weapons towards the contact line by the Russia-backed separatists".
