Jennifer Baker is joined by Antti Timonen, spokesperson for the EPP Group, to discuss this week’s agenda in the European Parliament agenda:

  • - 
    The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) returns to the limelight on Thursday as the EP’s International Trade Committee votes their report on the deal.
  • - 
    The final trilogues for the European Fund for Strategic Investment (EFSI), better known as the Juncker Plan, are due on Tuesday and Wednesday evening.
  • - 
    Migration: The Commission is to follow up on the European Agenda for Migration on Wednesday by announcing details of the migrant resettlement system.
  • - 
    On Thursday at 9am, the Transport and Tourism Committee is due to vote on a report on multimodal integrated tickets, aiming to make it easier to combine different modes of transport when travelling.
  • - 
    Finally, Ban Ki-moon, UN Secretary-General, will address EP mini-Plenary around 3pm, which can be followed live from the EP website.
