European countries to bring terrorism laws in line

Foreign ministers of the 47-member Council of Europe agreed on Tuesday to harmonise their terrorism prevention laws. They agreed all states will make it illegal for citizens to receive training for terrorism; travel abroad for the purpose of terrorism; and to fund travelling abroad for the purpose of terrorism.
