Child asylum seekers face bureaucratic wall in Finland

Unaccompanied minors seeking asylum in Finland are being returned to the entry member state despite a European Court of Justice having ruled against the practice, reports Finnish broadcaster YLE. The Finnish immigration service says the cases can be rejected if they have already been opened in another member state.
