Jennifer Baker is joined by Marjory van den Broeke of the European Parliament’s press office to talk about upcoming immigration proposals from the European Commission.

A previous non-binding resolution gives insight into what the European Parliament will agree to but the Commission’s new proposals will cover more areas, including common asylum policy, burden sharing, management of external borders and legal migration that goes further than the current ‘Blue Card’ scheme.
