Austria declines US extradition of Ukraine oligarch

An Austrian court has said US authorities failed to justify their extradition claim for Dmytro Firtash, a Ukraine oligarch accused of using US banks to bribe Indian officials. The US has filed an appeal. Firtash was a middleman in the Ukraine-Russia gas trade and has self-confessed links to Russian mafia.
