German MPs postpone Armenia genocide vote

The Bundestag has postponed from 24 April to 30 April a vote on a declaration describing the Ottoman Empire's extermination of 1.5mn Armenians in 1915 as one of the "genocides" of the 20th century. Earlier, German president Gauck in a speech said the extermination was part of a "genocidal dynamic".
