Putin calls 1915 Armenian killings ‘genocide’

Russian President Vladimir Putin i has used the word “genocide” about the mass killings of Armenians in 1915 by Ottoman Turks, Russia's Interfax news agency reports. Putin arrived to the Armenian capital of Yerevan on Thursday to attend ceremonies marking the centennial. French president Francois Hollande i will also be present.
