Socialists blame austerity for radicalising Europe's youth

A policy paper on counter-terrorism published Tuesday by the European parliament's centre-left S&D group says austerity measures "may have had an influence on radicalisation by increasing inequalities, and unemployment rates, in particular among the youth." The European commission is set to adopt the EU's internal security for 2015-2020 next week.
