Greek deal possible by end April, says Tusk

A deal between Greece and its creditors allowing cash-strapped Athens access to bailout money is possible by the end of this month, EU Council president Donald Tusk i said Tuesday. "I hope we will reach an agreement by the end of April, for me it is possible," he said.
