Lisbon and Luxembourg rank worst on air pollution

Portuguese capital Lisbon and Luxembourg rank last in a survey of how much effort European cities are putting into fighting air pollution. Danish capital Copenhagen and Swiss city Zurich come top, according to the survey published on Tuesday by environmental group NGO Friends of the Earth.
