Jennifer Baker is joined by James Holtum, spokesperson for the ECR Group, to talk about the controversial new German minimum wage rules.

The European Parliament is to debate the new German minimum wage rules that came into force in January 2015, applying to any employee active in, or travelling through, Germany. These rules will have a large impact on lorry drivers, claims the ECR spokesperson, whose group questions its compatibility with EU law.
