EU and Turkey to increase energy meetings

The EU and Turkey announced on Tuesday they would discuss energy issues at a ministerial level at least once a year. The launch of the formal dialogue comes three months after Russian president Putin i announced Russia would build a gas pipeline to Turkey instead of Bulgaria.
