Russia pulls out of European arms control treaty

Russia on Tuesday said it will no longer participate in an 1990 European arms control treaty that limits the number of non-nuclear weapons on the continent, reports AP. Russia had suspended the treaty once before in 2007 because it said participating Nato countries had not ratified a revised version.
