Jennifer Baker is joined by EPP spokesperson Antti Timonen to discuss the impact of recent events, including the murder of Boris Nemtsov and Russian actions in Ukraine, on EU-Russia relations as well as the possible response from European leaders.

The EPP spokesperson underlines that “Russia is responsible for this breakdown in dialogue with the EU” and is only making the situation “more serious.” Further action from European leaders can easily be foreseen, especially “if Russia does not respect the conditions of the Minsk II agreement.”
