Bosnian parliament adopts reforms to unblock EU bid

Bosnia's parliament agreed Monday to a plan on reforming economic and social policies, which could unblock the country's path towards EU membership. "This could be a historic turning point for all of us - not only here in Sarajevo but for all Europe," EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini i said.
