Russia blocks Polish cheese imports

Russian consumer protection agency Rospotrebnadzor has suspended all imports of “Wesoła Krówka” cheese from Poland, saying the product does not meet the requirements of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan. Russia banned other Western food imports in August in response to the EU’s Ukraine sanctions on Russia.
