Hungary's Orban loses super-majority

Hungarian PM Viktor Orban i Sunday lost his two-thirds majority in parliament following a by-election. The super-majority enabled sweeping constitutional and legal changes, triggering EU criticism due to democracy concerns. The seat, in the town of Veszprem, was up for grabs after Tibor Navracsics i became EU commissioner last year.
