Russia threatens 'response' to latest EU sanctions

The Russian foreign ministry has said it will give an "appropriate response" to a new EU blacklist over the Ukraine crisis. It called the measures "inconsistent and illogical" due to the new Minsk ceasefire deal. But EU and US leaders on Tuesday voiced dismay over ongoing attacks by Russia-controlled fighters.
