Rosneft sanctions case goes to EU court

A legal challenge brought by Russian state-controlled oil group Rosneft on the EU's sanctions against the firm has been referred to Europe’s highest court. On Monday the UK High Court, to whom Rosneft had taken the case, passed it to the European Court of Justice for a ruling.
