Liberal Democrat leader and deputy prime minister Nick Clegg expects the UK will fall apart if it votes to leave the EU. "...if the UK falls out of the European Union, Scotland, in my view, within a heartbeat, will pull out of the UK", Clegg said according to Reuters.
