All media representatives wishing to access the VIP entrance must register their interest by email.

In the email they should attach the copy of:

a valid ID or passport

a valid press card

an original letter signed by the editor-in-chief of the media organisation that confirms their status as a journalist and states which event they are covering

Badges can be collected a the security desk at the entrance to the press centre on presentation of the originals of the documents.

Media representatives holding the 6-month badge for European summits (1st semester 2015) must register but do not need to send the documents mentioned above.
