EU and Cuba to hold third round of talks in March

Cuban and European Union officials will meet in March for a third round of negotiations aimed at normalising ties, EU officials confirmed on Wednesday. The two sides will meet in Havana and the agenda is set to include discussions on human rights issues and the role of civil society.
