Non-EU family members don't need visa to enter UK, court rules

The EU court has said non-EU nationals who are relatives of EU citizens do not need to apply for special permission to visit the UK, in another blow to London's anti-immigration politics. The case arose from a British-Irish national resident in Spain who wanted his Colombian wife to visit Britain.
