Lithuanians oppose euro weeks before its introduction

Only one in four Lithuanians support the introduction of the euro. Weeks before the currency is introduced in January, 49 percent of Lithuanians disagree with their Government’s decision to adopt the currency, while 26 percent back the move, according to a poll by the eurosceptic Europeans United for Democracy group.
