Spanish laws crack down on migrants and protesters

Spanish MPs have passed new laws enabling authorities in the Ceuta and Melilla exclaves in Morocco to hand asylum seekers back to Moroccan police. The laws also envisage steep fines for Spanish protesters who take photos of police, who "insult" policemen, try to stop house evictions, or "disturb the peace".
