Latvia PM: Situation in Ukraine should be 'calmed'

Latvian PM Laimdota Straujuma i Wednesday in Brussels said it is important to calm the situation in Ukraine, but that "we cannot look away when a country takes a part of another country, in the middle of Europe". Latvia is taking over the rotating EU presidency in January.
