Belgium to follow Sweden on Palestine recognition

Belgian daily Le Soir reports the country's main political parties - the MR, VLD, CD&V, and N-VA - have clinched a political agreement for Belgium to follow Sweden in formally recognising Palestinian statehood. It said the Belgian parliament will debate a resolution on the subject as early as next week.
