Hungary approves law that could allow South Stream

With 132 votes in favour and 35 against, the Hungarian parliament has approved a law that allows companies to build a gas pipeline without European approval. The move is seen as a way to approve the building of South Stream, a Russian gas pipeline to the EU that dodges Ukraine.
