German toll plans going 'in right direction'

Outgoing transport commissioner Siim Kallas has made positive comments about Germany's controversial road toll plans. On Monday he said that Germany is "serious about developing a concept that meets our concerns". The commission fears that the measure could be discriminatory. "The ideas presented go in the right direction," said Kallas.
