Frontex under fundamental rights probe

EU ombudsman Emily O'Reilly i on Wednesday announced her office has opened an investigation into how the EU's border agency, Frontex, applies fundamental rights when migrants are forced to return to their home countries. "I want to find out how Frontex is equipped to deal with potential violations," said O'Reilly.
