Russia and China sign energy accords

Russia and China Monday signed 38 new accords, related to Russian gas supplies. Russia's Medvedev referred to doing it in "difficult times", with the ruble at an all-time low on EU sanctions. But there is little sign of a thaw, after Merkel cancelled an upcoming meeting with Putin in Sochi.
