France ready to open two chapters in Turkey talks

French foreign minister Fabius has said the EU should open two new chapters - 23 and 24 on rule of law - in accession talks with Turkey. He said talks "have to continue in a transparent fashion, in good faith" after meeting his Turkish counterpart, Mevlut Cavusoglu, on Friday.
