Belgians put in most 'information requests' from EU commission

Belgians are still the largest group requesting information from the European Commission. Almost one in four requests in 2013 came from Belgium. Germans account for 13 percent. There were 6,525 requests (8.5% more than in 2012) and the commission refused 14.5 percent of the requests (down from 17% in 2012).
